Mindy Cushing's Profile
Mindy is an industry leader in the science of revenue management and reservations operations. As Director of Central Reservations her primary responsibilities are to continuously re-invent the C-Res function through enhanced processes, aggressive sales training and the improved monitoring and performance of key metrics.
Additionally, Mindy works with each MTM hotel to build flexible pricing templates, improve yield management strategies and maximize the incremental contribution of appropriate distribution channels.
Prior to joining MTM, Mindy lead the reservations and yield management success of The Edgewater Hotel in Seattle where she was named Manager of the Year in 2005. Due to her work, the hotel was a consistent RevPAR leader in the competitive Seattle market.
